Vision and Mission
I’m Sahil Nyati, founder of Jinee. I build tools and frameworks that help exceptional founders, engineers, researchers, and creatives pursue talent-based immigration pathways—especially EB-1 and O-1 in the U.S., and Global Talent routes internationally.
I’m an EB-1A recipient. I’ve seen firsthand that the difference between “qualified” and “approved” is often clarity: a coherent narrative, the right evidence, and a structure that maps cleanly to the criteria.
